I first discovered yoga around the year 2000. It started with my discovery of Ayurveda which soon led me to a regular yoga practice. I have practiced mainly Vinyasa and Sviananda yoga with some Ashtanga. Having trained and qualified as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher with Yoga London, I am a RYT200hr. I have also completed training for children aged 3-11 with Yoga Bananas and also take an intensive training with Special Yoga in Yoga for Special Children. Yoga has now become a way of life for me and something I want to share with others irrespective of age, size or ability. Yoga really is for everyone!
