I started practicing yoga about 17 years ago. Since then i have been fortunate enough to have had some amazing teachers. I have trained in Ashtanga yoga with David Swenson and many other wonderful teachers. In 2013 I completed my 200 hrs with Frog Lotus Yoga in Vinyasa Flow yoga. I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years. I am also a qualified childrens yoga teacher. At present i teach part time in the areas of Carshalton, Wallington and Hackbridge.
