Alexandra has been Teaching internationally since 2004 and is a 500hr + registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. As an experienced prenatal teacher and a qualified Doula (birthing assistant) she offers a wealth of experience. Before moving to the region, she was both a resident vinyasa flow and pregnancy yoga teacher at London’s leading studio Triyoga. With a friendly, fun approach, she aims to guide students through a practice that emphasises mindfulness in action and the importance of balancing effort and grace in every moment.
