Overview

My classes are carefully designed to take you in a journey. You are introduced to a true and honest yoga practice which will hopefully leave you feeling renewed and inspired. We always begin practice with pranayama and Kriya before moving through a creative surya sequence to burn up stale energy and inertia. The class will always challenge you with balance and something new to try and have fun with. We then cool down with longer held postures before ending the practice with a reading, savasana relaxation and a marma point massage.
