Hi there,

I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Sally Parkes Yoga in summer 2018. My favorite style at the moment is Hatha Flow with recreational bits at the end, to give you both a nice energizing practice and connect to the deeper energies of your mind.

I am looking forward to guiding you on your yoga journey in 1-2-1 sessions or in a group setting.

Additionally, I finished a teacher training course with Greville Henwood from Groovy Kids Yoga and invite you to join me in a kids or family class.
