Overview

I started practicing Yoga in 2011 hoping to relieve a bad back. Since this time Yoga has become more & more important in my life, so much so I embarked on a 200 hr teacher training course with Claire Murphy Yoga & qualified in January 2017.

I have a strong belief that Yoga has  strengthened and developed the person  I am today and will continue to make positive changes in my life. (In addition to helping my bad back).


I am looking forward to sharting a journey which shares my passion for Yoga.
