I have been practising yoga since 2011 and have been lucky enough to work with many wonderful teachers who continue to inspire & guide me on my yoga journey. I love to explore different styles of yoga & movement, and having completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Pure Light Yoga School in 2018, I am also qualified to teach Budokon Yoga and Yin Yoga. I teach a variety of styles, but what remains constant is my desire to provide a relaxed, informal and above all fun class to my students. I believe that in order to gain the maximum benefits from our yoga practice, the most important thing is to find a style that we enjoy!
