I completed the 200hr teacher training course with Laura Green in Southampton in November 2018. I had practiced yoga for 6 years prior to this and wanted to share the many physical and mental benefits of this wonderful practice with others. I now have the absolute pleasure of teaching 4 classes a week - 3 small and friendly Hatha/Vinyasa classes face-to-face in St Cross in Winchester and one Yoga for Stress Relief class via Zoom (it has remained on Zoom since lockdown as students can practice in the comfort of their own homes).
