I share inclusive, kind yet proudly powerful yoga and movement and I’ve had the joy and privilege of being a full time yoga teacher since 2002 when I first qualified.
The last two decades have led me to explore and train in many different yoga traditions and practices and my influences are varied and eclectic as you would expect!
In recent years I have been most inspired by the work of Oracle Girl: Dr Jacqueline Hobbs which I feel has a deep resonance with my own. Jacqueline offers a purification space which deletes family patterns and frees us from personal issues, enabling us to embody more love, and the physical space that I offer anchors and establishes this new vibration in the body.
My classes ground, release, engage and open the entire system resulting in a profound sense of presence and relaxation. We focus on the quality of awareness that we bring to our embodied experience & see happens when we bathe in our own deep attention.
Through the body, we can re-connect to an ever expanding awareness of who we are, how we feel and what is right for us. In these times of unprecedented change, this is essential as it empowers us to create a different, better life for ourselves – simply by becoming more of who we already are!
This is yoga without judgment or agenda and it’s accessible and appropriate regardless of your age or level.
Everyone can pause, breathe and feel.
