Jemma has been practising yoga for 8 years. Initially, her practice was a substitute to weightlifting and a relaxation tool to combat the stresses of her corporate job. Following 4 months of twice-daily practice in Thailand Jemma choose the path of teaching and studied with Nartana Yoga School, qualifying as a 200hr teacher in 2018.
Currently a student in osteopathy she uses her developing knowledge of anatomy and physiology within her yoga classes to encourage her students to focus on alignment in a respectful way to their individual body.
Founder of and teacher at Yoga at The Forge Jemmas studio is open to all. Classes are fully adaptable to suit individuals needs.
