My classes are well attended. They are physical in nature but options are given so that everyone who attends is included and feels included. There is nearly always a novice in every class but I design my approach so that they do not feel isolated. I change the routine every week so that the class does not get bored and also keeps them on their toes.
Through my training under Brian Cooper I have gained a great interest in carrying out adjustments during my classes. To develop that further I trained in Thai Yoga Massage so that I can develop the adjustments.
