I first found Yoga at the age of 17 (over 22yrs ago).
Having loved the practice for many years I finally decided to take the plunge and completed a 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training with Jamie Blowers of Jamie Yoga.
I now look forward to sharing the joy of Yoga through inclusive classes that aim to develop strength and stamina whilst cultivating a greater sense of calm and connection in this crazy world we live in.
