Overview

I began yoga in 2014 to help manage anxiety; the effect was profound, leading to a passion for yoga & a vast improvement in overall wellbeing. 

In 2019 I completed Yoga teacher training with Finlay Wilson enabling me to teach Forrest inspired yoga & flow. The training had a strong focus on anatomy, how to work with injury & included guidance for pregnancy. 

In May 2019 I completed a 50h Yin & myofascial release training with Eva Maxine. 

My own practice is diverse including Forrest, flow, aerial & Yin.
