After many years working providing fitness and health care for rehabilitation purposes I found Yoga the perfect fit for my progression. I offer Yoga for all levels of experience from absolute beginners to those who have previous experience.
Since my initial Yoga Teacher Training I have continued with my training with a 100 hour course and recently qualified as a Level 1 & Level 2 Reiki Practitioner to provide healing love ❤️
