I have been practicing yoga since my early teens and have been teaching for 13 years. Yoga is simply a part of who I am, influencing how I act in this world and how I move in this body. It has kept me strong and supple, in both body and mind. As a teacher, I love to share my knowledge and experience of this ancient practice and witness the gradual transformation of each devoted student. I teach alignment-based yoga and a slow vinyasa flow, where body and breath move as one. This approach has kept my own body safe over a lifetime of practice. My classes are varied and light- hearted. I want every student to feel welcomed and supported, whatever level they are when they come to the mat. Most importantly, I want everyone to feel better for coming to class: more vibrant, healthy and joyful. This is the magic of yoga!
