Overview

I have been practicing yoga on and off since the age of 16 and fell in love with the practice for its physical benefits of increased flexibility and muscle tone as well as the mental benefits of providing a calm and clear mind. I have practiced a variety of styles of yoga, which introduced me to pranayama and meditation and after moving to Falmouth in 2016, took up Vinyasa flow where I fell in love with the elements of myth, mudra and mantra.

I completed my training with Senior YA Trainer Keren Cooksey at Falmouth Yoga Space in 2017 and I feel lucky to be part of the Falmouth Yoga Community.

My themed classes provide a space to step away from our busy lives into ourselves. My classes are built around creative sequences which aim to increase strength and range of motion with a focus on alignment and breath.

I am also a full-time secondary school teacher and passionate about the benefits and transformative effects of yoga for teenagers. In my spare time, you can find me exploring the Cornish coast with my husband and dog.
