I began my study of yoga more than a decade ago. I became fascinated with the physical and spiritual practice of yoga and decided to train as a yoga teacher.
I trained with Falmouth Yoga Space where I completed a 250hr teacher training program over a period of ten months. Since then I have taught a number of different styles of yoga ranging from Vinyassa, slow flow, yin and restorative.
In my free time I love to go sea swimming or run the along the sea front. I am currently training for a triathlon and I have found yoga fundamental to keeping my body stretched and open- important for preventing in injuries as well as improving my overall fitness.
