I am a passionate and dynamic Yoga teacher from Cornwall. Living and working in Cornwall for the last 4 years, my mission has been to enjoy a happy and healthy life doing the things I love such as Yoga, Music and Surfing, whilst trying to help others make positive changes to their own lives. Within my Yoga classes, I focus on the spiritual and the physical - threading important Buddhist and Hindu themes and teachings throughout, and taking you on an energetic journey of the breath through the mind, body and soul. As a professional musician, I often incorporate my love for mantra singing in my teaching, which I accompany with a harmonium or a guitar.

My passion for surfing has lead me to pursue my study on the connection between Yoga and Surf. I also teach specific Yoga for the Voice classes and workshops, which delve deep into expression and creativity, as well as physical vocal technique.

I trained as an instructor with Frog Lotus international, In Suryalila with the wonderful teacher Vidya Heisel. My second training brought me to Portugal, where i trained in Integral Vinyasa Flow with Nina Vukas.
