Even after 15 years, yoga never ceases to amaze me; good for the mind, body and soul, it really gives you everything. As a busy Londoner though, it’s the timeout sensation that I love most.
Time is such a luxury, a rarity even for many of us nowadays, and I love the ability yoga has to pull you out of the hecticness and just be. The “yoga pause” centres you and leaves you feeling content, energised and happy; connected in a way that’s totally unique. And that’s what I’m here to share.
My flowing classes blend hatha and vinyasa yoga to help increase flexibility, tone and strengthen your body, whilst calming and soothing your mind.
Meanwhile my pregnancy and mum and baby classes seek to give women and their babies a moment to themselves. A chance to connect, nurture and replenish. Combining beautiful flowing movements with stress releasing breath, my classes leave women feeling relaxed, uplifted, and strong.
