I undertook my 200 hour hatha vinyasa teacher training at Infinity intergrated Glasgow in the summer of 2018, with the aim of doing an 85hour pregnancy teacher training in December to enable me with to launch blogs and classes for my already up and running Facebook page, babiesandpilates. I’m very passionate about exercise and healthy eating, the balance of life. My goal next year is to show mums how to get their bodies back, after having a baby. My classes are designed for mums around mums. To do when they can, in their own time. Being a single mum myself, I know how tough it is to find and manage time to exercise, whilst having a new baby. My classes incorporate your baby into your practice, and encourage bonding fun, fitness and flow, for both of you. I cannot begin to explain how excited I am to share our exercises with you. Get rid of your baby fat in your own time our way.
