Overview

I started practicing yoga about 15 years ago purely to help my recovery from various sports (getting old!) Like a lot of people my practice developed and changed and I gradually discovered much much more from yoga than just some extra flexibility.

I completed my teacher training late 2017 from Balance (www.balance.co.uk) with the wonderful Gerry Kielty.

My teaching style, like my own practice tends to focus on flow and movement; how our body moves, how we breathe and how we become more conscious of our movement. I've practiced martial arts for a long time and love to surf (Tiree in the picture) and run, yoga helps connect all those things together in a way that makes sense.

I genuinely believe that yoga can make a difference to the health and wellbeing of most people and hope to be able to help out a few folk on that journey.
