From my first yoga session over 20 years ago I fell in love with the breath Connection and stillness. I have went in to learn and teach Massage and energy Connection at the College of Holistic Medicine in Glasgow and I write and teach courses including Kansa Wand Therapy, intuitive Massage and energy Connection and transfer. I have wanted to teach yoga for a long time and was delighted to do my teacher training with Colette Ward @ Infinity Integrated, I have been lucky to be teaching regularly since qualifying and learning and growing with each class and love seeing the changes in people that yoga can bring . I love all aspects of yoga and the therapeutic values it brings to lives
