I began practicing yoga in 2010 as a means to manage pain for lower back issues following the birth of my son. My symptoms greatly improved in a relatively short space of time and my practice has gone from strength to strength .So much so, that I was able to complete my yoga teacher training in 2017. Yoga has now become an integral part of my life and transformed me from someone with limited mobility, suffering with a debilitating condition into someone with improved strength and flexibility leading a healthy life. My passion for yoga continues to grow every time I step onto the mat and my ability as a teacher to share my knowledge and understanding with students gives me great personal satisfaction.
As a teacher I encourage my students to seek correct alignment and work towards gaining strength and flexibility. It is important to me that students feel at ease and enjoy the experience as much as the benefits.
