I successfully completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Jo Lockhart at Yogajo's Milngavie. My areas of specialism include Hatha Raja and Special Yoga for Special Children for which I completed an intensive seven day course with Jo Manual.

People are my inspiration, their energy, determination and focus. Over many years I have taught dance, excercise and choreography in theatre.

People are at the heart of every class I teach. I am driven by the desire to ensure every single member of my class is supported and get the maximum benefit from the class. In my class there is a warm welcome, a level of practice suitable for everyone and a teacher who puts the participants at the heart center.

I have just completed a 2 day, CPD training workshop for Observation and Adjustments at Yoga Jo,s in Milngavie, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
