Overview

I welcome everyone to practice yoga. I teach holistic classes to integrate body, mind and soul, enabling deeper connection with Self, others and our environment.

I was awarded a Distinction for my teaching at Yogacampus, London, a leading UK Yoga Training provider. I continue to experience a variety of traditions and teaching styles myself with highly respected national and international Yoga Teachers. My additional trainings include British Wheel of Yoga Foundation, and with Master Teachers, Rod Stryker, Doug Keller and Judith Lasater.

During 2016 - 2018, I travelled in India and Italy to experience and study Ayurveda and in 2017 was initiated into the lineage of Kriya yoga, following the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda. My daily meditation practice is now a core ingredient of my personal yoga practice.

I came to yoga with little physical fitness and a stressed out mind. Yoga strengthens and relaxes my body, calms and clears my mind, releases tension, and increases joy and love in my heart.

My classes include gentle stretching and strengthening movements, alignment instruction, vinyasa flow, breathing techniques, brief tastes of philosophy/short meditations, and guided relaxation. All levels are welcome and everyone learns at their own pace. I hope you come and join.
