I am a full-time yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness instructor based in north London and teaching since 2008.
Since my initial training, I have explored and studied under a variety of yoga traditions and continue to expand my knowledge of yoga as a therapeutic practice. I hold teachers such as Bo Forbes, Judith Lasater and Tara Brach as key influences. Weaving mindfulness and compassion through all my teaching I offer slow, alignment-based vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, as well as mindfulness courses, in London. I also work with a diverse range of clients through yoga therapy.
I believe passionately that yoga and meditation are for everyone and hold a space with warmth and care to ensure that people can access these powerful practices at their own pace whatever their level of experience.
