When I finished uni I felt pretty lost. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life, my health was all over the place, and I spent every day acting small. But I decided to start teaching myself yoga. And I fell, a lot, but with each day my obsession grew; everyday I picked myself back up and tried again. For the first time since I was little made time stop and felt like magic; it took hold of me completely. I started looking after myself better; at the gym I stopped desperately clinging to the treadmill and started working on making myself stronger. I fulled my body in the right way, researching, learning, trial and error… To find the best way to build the best and happiest me.

And that’s my passion. To help other people find their spark too. Because I believe so wholeheartedly in dreaming big, shining bright and being the HAPPIEST, strongest (in and out) and healthiest soul possible. Are you ready? Because we’ve totally got this.
