I completed my training with Wendy Jacobs in York. My primary interests are in the leisure and tourism industry in Harrogate where I teach weekly classes in some of the major hotels and offer bespoke yoga holidays. Additionally, I enjoy supporting people who have been inactive for a while, to gain confidence through a 1 to 1 introductory yoga programme. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga, no matter what age or level of fitness. My approach is gentle and encouraging; I enable you to begin that journey and see how far it will take you!
