Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release pair together hand in glove.
Combining therapeutic Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga sessions + Hatha Yoga classes and short courses on inversions and backbends, aim to help students find mental, spiritual and physical balance, energy and deep relaxation.
The Myofascial Release (MFR) gives clients time to unwind, reset and ease pain. Relevant personalised yoga practices support the 1-1 session and help clients to maintain benefits from their MFR sessions.
The Yoga classes mindfully develop focus and concentration through aligned posture, utilising breath to build a bridge from posture to meditation, (live and recorded zoom at the moment).
I teach Yin Yoga, Hatha yoga and Yoga Nidra, and offer small private, corporate and 1-1 sessions.
I discovered and fell in love with yoga as a teenager; my first teacher was an inspirational Iyengar Yoga teacher who helped me form a dedicated practice. Since then I’ve maintained a regular practice to support energy in my life whilst being a parent, a teacher and to cope with the everyday stresses and strains of modern life that we all have.
