I trained to teach yoga in 2013 with Yogahaven for my 200 hour certificate. I further trained 300 hours at the World Peace School, at Rishikesh in India.
Teach part time alongside full time/permanent jobs (One to one clients and schools)
•Yoga Therapist at Valleys Healing and Life Clinic, for cancer patients
•Teach at Point4 Fitness Centre – Hatha Yoga and Hot Yoga
•Teach at Wye Leisure Spa - Hatha / Vinyasa Flow Yoga
