Another 3.5 hours of fantastic restorative yoga, meditation, mantras, tears, laughter & homemade chocolate protein bombs! Trish is a thoughtful teacher who gently teaches us with passion & patience. Thank you & when is the next one?!!

I am new to yoga and i wish i found it years ago. Trish is an amazing lady who has a lovely way of teaching yoga, she made me feel very welcome right from the start. My mind is always on the go before I get to class and she finds a way to release all the tensions whilst making sure that i work to my own ability, her classes are fun and she explains how and what each move is doing to or helping the body. I would recommend Trish's classes to anybody who's thinking of taking up yoga. Thanks Trish i always look forward to Wednesday night.

A morning with Trish is about as restorative as it gets. The session was thoughtfully delivered, clearly explained, unrushed & very comfortable. Trish was so knowledgeable and calm & nothing was too much trouble - I went straight home & snoozed on & off for the rest of the afternoon. If anyone is reading this and is unsure whether a retreat is for them, GO! I’m a naturally busy person - to relax & stretch & learn how to just ‘be’ to this level is a strong thing…..

I am new to yoga, and have been attending weekly classes for about 7 weeks, where Trish is supportive and inclusive attending to our various needs and support. I have just attended her restorative retreat oh my goodness it was fantastic. Trish was an absolute star, her instructions and help with the stretching was amazing and she ensured we were comfortable and warm. I honestly have never felt so relaxed and chilled. My body is already feeling the benefits from yoga after a very short time so loooking forward to what i might achieve in the future

Trish's lessons are fab she is always so kind, generous and patient. Her lessons have been amazing for my self confidence too I have never been very confident with exercise but it has really helped me to start giving things a go. Her lessons are very accessible. Trish always makes sure you always have the option of a modification if you find something difficult or a challenge for when you want to stretch yourself. All round a brilliant teacher.
