I’m not the usual idea of a yoga teacher! Having taught children for over 20 years, I felt the need for a change. Yoga - the physical practice side - has been great for both my mental and physical health. I have brought my experience together with transferable teaching skills to begin a new career. If you have never practised yoga but would like to become more flexible, improve your posture, balance or just have an hour for yourself and your well-being, I am the teacher for you. All you need is a mat, comfortable clothes and the willingness to look after you!
