My yoga journey started in 2001 with wonderful teacher on a BWY course at a leisure centre. Since then I have practised hatha, shadow, ashtanga, yin and restorative forms and finally got around to taking my 200 hour teacher training in 2018.
My particular interests lie in making the physical practice of yoga accessible to people at all levels of fitness and in the transformative power of the breath and awareness, especially in helping those with anxiety, stress and adrenal fatigue.
