My intention is to help my students feel strong and connected to their body, to help them move well and to move with love. I mostly teach Hatha-based flow classes infused with mobility to work to strengthen and support the body, both through our yoga practice and through daily life - a blend of traditional & modern. My goal is to help you to move in a way that feels good and supports your body both now and into the future - I want to help you to be able to reach that glass on the top shelf both now and when you're 85! I undertook my initial 250 hour training at Yoga Kula in Leeds and have since completed additional courses with Yoga Detour and Navina. I'm currently undertaking the 300 hour Modern Yogi Teacher Training with the wonderful Heart + Bones Yoga.
