I trained at The Yoga Space in Leeds, and am currently teaching a variety of classes at a studio in West Yorkshire (Om is Where the Heart Is), at the WomensCentre (Huddersfield) and at a martial arts club. My main teaching style is vinyasa flow, but I also teach restorative and hatha styles.
