I am proud to have qualified from Amiyoga Teacher Training and can't wait to share my knowledge with students. As a chiropractor, I have a keen interest in anatomy and human movement. Yoga is the perfect partner to the hands on treatments we offer and I'm so happy to be able to offer patients and students that next step on their wellbeing journey. I love to work on alignment, postural imbalances and be on the look out for compensation patterns that we can unlearn and create new, healthy habits. As we know, the work starts on the mat and is eventually carried throughout the rest of life.
