Yoga inspires me, which inspires more yoga! I truly believe yoga can be a physical and mental answer to many problems (and sometimes, it's important to recognise when it isn't). That's why I highly recommend getting on your mat regularly.
My teaching should leave students feeling better about their self and life - but the by-effects will include increased strength, flexibility and balance. There is a also a strong focus on alignment.
