I have been practising yoga now for over 25years, turning to yoga after injury.
Yoga is a great way to deal with life's challenges, physical imbalances and to find space an time in a busy world.
I live in the Lake District, where I enjoy the great outdoors and run my own programme of yoga and hiking breaks
I enjoy sharing my passion and enthusiasm for yoga with others. My own practise is ever evolving and my teaching is all-inclusive and down to earth. My belief is that yoga is for everyone, whatever your physical shape or ability, you can still enjoy a yoga practice.
