I have recently retired from a very intense job which I did for 30 years. I found yoga helped me bring calm into my own life. I have a passion for helping others to develop and as a teacher I want to help my students find wellbeing during class. Relaxation and breath awareness are an important part of my class.
I was a runner for many years and if somebody had said to me 5 years ago, that I would have been a yoga teacher one day, I would have never believed them.
I feel strong, happy , healthy and content as ever, and I believe yoga has been an amazing part of my life journey..
