I started Body In Sync in Boston, USA as a Fitness and Personal training studio in 1996. As I continued with my journey, I started my Yoga practice in 1996, which eventually led to my 200 hour certification training with 7 Centers in Sedona, Arizona in 2000. My Yoga Teacher training included elements of ASHTANGA, Kundalini, Kripalu and Yoga Nidra.
I have been very fortunate to complete continuing education workshops with Manju Jois - Ashtanga Yoga, numerous workshops with David Swenson- Ashtanga Yoga, Alan Finger - ISHTA Yoga and Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa - Kundalini Yoga
I also started my STOTT PILATES training in 2000 and finalized all my courses in 2004, eventually leading to being a FULLY Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor here in at YMCA OneKX here in London.
I went on to become a Instructor Trainer for © Merrithew Corporation in 2013, teaching STOTT PILATES® , CORE™ and Total Barre® to new teachers.
I am also qualified to teach ZEN•GA® , Halo® Training and Fascial Movement
I am trained in other various modalities so to better understand how the body moves and functions, my other training's include WATSU, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Tai Chi, Acupuncture(Dry Needling).
