As a highly qualified professional who is committed to continued self-development and further learning, yoga teacher training has always been a goal and in 2017 I completed my 200 hrs teacher training with The Freestyle Yoga Project. I teach flowing, dynamic yoga that builds mobility and strength with options to suit all abilities.
