My name is Florence Bobin. A language teacher by profession, I started practising yoga 25 years ago. Coming from a sporting background, Yoga brought a welcome balance. A mindset that is non-competitive and anchored in the present has supported me physically, emotionaly and mentally along the years. In 2015 I decided to train as a yoga teacher to deepen my knowledge, enrich my practice and share that wonderful gift with fellow practitioners. 

I did my training at Masterlife in France with a wonderful teacher, Yuko Harmegnies.

I have taught one-to-one and in small groups in my home studio in Kingston as well as larger classes in different venues, both in France and in Britain. My approach is a balanced mix of different schools of yoga to suit the needs of each individual and each class (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vyniasa, or Yoga for Sport).
