Overview

I first came to yoga when pregnant with my first child in 2004. I was looking for a way to keep my body strong and my mind calmer through the pregnancy.  Practising yoga immediately felt like stepping into a safe haven where I could focus on myself and abandon the real world for a while.  Such a luxury in a world that never stops moving. 

I never looked back... Over the years, my practice evolved to include Hatha, Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga.  More than 10 years after falling in love with yoga, I was fortunate enough to be able to pursue my passion and train as a yoga teacher. Guiding students through their own yoga journey and observing the near magic transformation that takes place is incredibly rewarding.  Yoga has nurtured me, picked me up, opened my heart and taught me to be kinder to myself. Yes, yoga has made me stronger and more flexible, but the real transformation happened in the deepest corners of my inner soul. 

I never feel more alive than when I touch someone's life in a positive way by introducing them to the practice of yoga and mindfulness.  Yoga has been incredibly generous to me and my passion is to share that generosity with my students. 

My style of yoga is unique: a combination of vinyasa krama and mindfulness. Each class includes a mindful flow of asanas, as well as pranayama exercises, relaxing body scan and a lovely meditation to complete the practice.
