Amidst the stresses and strains of your busy life, I offer you the space to breathe, move and relax. 

Who can take part?

I work in an inclusive way with students of all abilities and ages, so you can participate in a way that is appropriately challenging for you.

My yoga journey 

After over 20 years of regular Hatha practice, I was keen to deepen my understanding of the transformational powers of yoga and share this with my community.

I completed my 250 hour teacher training with Yoga Kula in September 2020.

    I have been attending Jill’s yoga class for 18 months. She is friendly, approachable and makes her classes enjoyable . Jill is an extremely good yoga teacher. She explains and demonstrates the yoga positions/ breathing practice during the class and the benefit of doing them. She will support and advice the student how to get into a correct position or an alternative position with the same benefits depending on your ability. She is conscientious and fully committed to her yogi ????‍♀️ students.

    I like the idea of a recorded session to do in my own time. The hour spread between slow postures/flow followed by restorative poses is a lovely mix and surprisingly varied. Thank you Jill and keep up the good work please. Karen x

    Great class, posture work, some flow, meditation and finish with relaxation. Postures are adapted for those who like a stronger practice however I would welcome a greater variety. The classes are very inclusive.

    We have been attending Jill's yoga class for a few years, we have always found her class to be instructive and at times challenging. Jill's knowledge and experience makes sure everyone gets to push themselves to their own limits. Regardless of your age, physical fitness and activity, in Jill's relaxed manner will adjust poses and exercises to suit your own level of agility. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of joining a yoga class to came along to her class and try it out for yourselves. I am sure you will want to return for more.
