Hi and thank you for looking.
I am an osteopath and now yoga teacher and hope to combine the two in a beautiful way. Many of the people I see in clinic would be able to resolve their problems if they engaged with yoga in a meaningful way. I hope to bring this across in my classes.
My classes are governed by anatomy, alignment and a wish to balance flexibility and strength.
