Hello everyone!

I'm Elisa, Italian living in London. 

I've been working in childcare&education for over 15 years with children from newborns up to 12 years old. I have a diploma in Psychology & Education and I'm one semester away from graduating in Education. One year ago I completed a Mini me and yoga workshop and started to implement yoga&mindfulness in my educational practice. I was amazed how yoga poses are natural to children and how they would benefit from mindfulness, especially during such a hard time for children.

So I decided to take a deeper training in Kids Yoga and have been lucky to have found two amazing teachers in Emma and Siobhan from Children's Tree who trained me at high standard. I'm specialised in Kids yoga (3-12 years old) and Family Yoga. I'm enjoying it so much that I just completed my Toddler yoga training with the amazing Amy Jones. 

I run children's yoga, toddler yoga and family yoga classes in Earsfield and Southfields, please check my website for timetable and booking. I'm also available for bespoke sessions in nurseries or schools. 

I have lots of experience with children and have a big knowledge in Developmental and Educational Psychology. My classes will be educationally focused to help children reach their developmental milestones and their full potential. I'm currently writing my dissertation on how yoga practice benefits child development and will implement everything I learn to give children the best experience possible. 

My classes will be packed with yoga poses, breathwork, positive affirmations and lots of fun! 

I'm DSB checked and First aid trained as children's safety is important to me.
