I have spent much of my life as a performer, but having had 2 boys, have found myself looking towards a new path.

I have just completed The Children’s Yoga Tree teacher training and am beginning to teach in one of our local Kindergartens for Early Years, as well as some Zoom Classes for the homeschooling community in the United States.

My long term goals are to specialise in Yoga and Drama Therapy for Children, as I have a keen interest in mental health and the benefits that yoga and mindfulness can proffer for the younger generations. Equipping them with an emotional toolkit, alongside the physical confidence and self-esteem that yoga can bring.

I am playful and energetic and keen to make new connections and work across the breadth of Early Years, KS1 and KS2. Please do drop me a line!
