I did my Fierce Grace 250h teacher training with Michele Pernetta in 2017. I teach the FG system which is a unique take on classic Hatha Flow in the hot room.
I believe yoga is for everyone and brings strength, flexibility and a calm mind to all.
I teach my own vinyasa sequence to private and corporate students as well, focusing on individual needs and goals.
