IN 2017 I launched my company AMCK Fit after identifying a clear opportunity and need for a fitness and wellness service tailored to fit in with the working environment and lifestyles of creative industries workers; from artists and support performers to crew and personnel. Through AMCK Fit, I deliver my bespoke workout method to help clients.

I saw the need for the service that AMCK Fit provides following my 20+ years working in the entertainment industry as a choreographer, creative director, and CEO. I founded AMCK Dance and AMCK Model in 2005 and 2008, an award-winning talent agency, working with the BRITS, MTV European Music Awards, and the best of the fashion and entertainment industries.

I was trained at Strala Yoga with Tara Stiles, and I specialise in dynamic yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, hatha yoga, meditation & mindfulness teaching, restorative yoga and sports yoga.
