200 hr RYT, East London School of Yoga. I have been practicing daily since 2010 and loved every minute of it: the breathing, the flow, the concentration, the philosophy, the energy and the upliftement. I teach a dynamic vinyasa with physical adjustments.
I also trained with Rainbow Kids Yoga and I have been teaching kids and acro yoga at Fortis Green Kids Club since 2017 (https://www.fortisgreenkidsclub.org/). I hold a first aid certificate.
